Equus Soprema Flagon TPO Warm Roofs

The Equus Soprema Flagon TPO Warm Roof System is a light-weight, thermal roofing system which consists of the Flagon TPO single-layer membrane system applied over a rigid thermal PIR insulation board and vapour barrier. This guarantees a continuous and efficient thermal resistance of at least R3.5, and is designed for use on exposed architectural flat roofs, podium decks, balconies, and terraces. It offers a cost effective, thermal waterproofing system.

The Flagon TPO membrane is a synthetic waterproofing membrane manufactured in TPO modified polyolefin, reinforced by a polyester mesh. The upper layer features a high resistance to weather and UV rays, and the under layer provides high puncture resistance. The membrane requires no open flame during application as it is installed by a strong adhesive, and the laps are welded using heat vulcanising technology.

Flagon TPO waterproofing is BBA certified, FM and EN approved, and is manufactured according to the principles of sustainable construction.

Why use a warm roof?

  • Condensation Control – The roofing system moves dew point to the outside of the structure, ensuring there is no condensation build up in the ceiling cavity.No condensation = healthier building.
